Shipping Information

We offer multiple shipping methods on our website for your convenience. You will be prompted to choose your preferred shipping method during checkout. You can choose from several US Mail options as well as UPS Ground service. International shipping is available via US Postal Service and we do accept international orders on our website. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items you are ordering and your shipping destination. The shipping rates shown accurately represent the published rates and do not include a separate handling or packaging charge. Occasionally the rate calculator may be slightly innacurate. If you believe this to be the case and wish to dispute a rate quote from our website, please call us. We will honor the website quote or the actual published rate, whichever is lower. The reason we have this policy is because we believe in being upfront with our customers. Many companies pad their shipping rates with a couple extra dollars to make more money from shipping. We do not believe in this practice. All shipping options include tracking (UPS) or delivery confrimation (US Mail).

We offer same day RUSH PROCESSING for $15. This is in addition to the cost of shipping. FOR RUSH PROCESSING PLEASE CALL TO GUARANTEE NOTIFICATION AND AVAILABILITY.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you used when you placed your order. UPS confirmation emails will include tracking information. If your order does not arrive when it should, please contact us so that we may help to resolve the issue.
