This order started on 10/20/22. on 10/21/22 I received an email stating the product was on BO and they would get a shipment in in business days 3-5 days. On 10/31/22 I received an email on 10/31/22 that my part had been shipped (in my opinion right on time) and I revived it on 11/3/22. I highly highly recommend this company as they have quality products and excellent customer. A+++ And the grill Igniter works perfectly!!

Two questions. First my igniter switch does not work. Just purchased this and just put it together. Second I started it with a lighter but after 30 minutes it never got over 250° Model JNR SERIAL 150641
