Ever since this company was founded in 2006, we have offered some form of free shipping. We realize this is a valuable option for our customers and we have enjoyed being able to provide it for you. Due to changes in the way our carriers calculate our shipping rates, we have seen an ever-increasing discrepancy between the cost to ship our orders. For example, we have some orders which had qualified for free shipping and only cost us five or six dollars to ship. Other orders may cost us $30 or more. Some orders are so heavy or large in relation to the product cost that we lose money as a company. In order to better align our shipping charges with our actual costs, we have decided to discontinue our free shipping program. From now on, we will be utilizing a weight-based shipping charge. Regardless of where you are in the US, your charge for shipping will be based on the total "shipping weight" of your order. Our new shipping charge will start under $5 and the maximum charge will be under $20, even if it costs us more to ship. Please note that "shipping weight" will be higher than actual product weight for oversized products such as large drip pans. For lighter orders, your cost will actually decrease from our previous $7.97 flat charge. Shipping charges for international orders will remain the same.

We are sorry to have to make this change but we appreciate your understanding. Incidentally, we have lowered prices on most of our items over the last few months and have lowered our minimum threshold for discounts. We will continue to offer some of the lowest prices in the industry in terms of your total price (products minus discount plus shipping).

Free and Standard U.S. Shipping:

WE NOW OFFER FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS $75 & UP! U.S. orders under $75 are shipped for a flat rate of $7.97. For both Free and Standard U.S. Shipping, we will choose the shipping method (UPS or USPS) based on the specifics of your order. Please see below for some of our other shipping options. However, if you don't see an option that fits your needs, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.  

For our customers in Alaska and Hawaii, please note that both Free and Standard U.S. Shipping does INCLUDE shipping to you. While many companies only include the "contiguous U.S." or the "continental U.S." in their "free" shipping offers and charge extra for AK and HI shipping, we believe you should be included in "Free U.S. Shipping" and therefore do NOT charge you any extra, despite the significant extra cost to us to ship to those states.

Please note that if you place your order after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, it will count for the next business day. If you place your order anytime between Friday afternoon and Sunday night, it will count as a Monday order.

Shipping to Canada:

We have recently switched from a flat rate to live USPS rate calculation for shipping to Canada. This was due primarily to the large variation in cost from one order to another based on shipment weight and destination. Canada shipping rates do not include duties, fees (ie. brokerage) or taxes (ie. GST). We can also ship to Canada using UPS. Sometimes the shipping rates for UPS are lower, but the fees may also be higher. If you are interested in having your order shipped using UPS, please give us a call and we will get a quote for you. All duties, fees and taxes will be collected by the shipping company at the time the order is delivered. 

Please note, all prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), so you will need to calculate the conversion rate to Canadian Dollars (CAD), if applicable.

International Shipping:

For orders shipping to other countries, please contact us with the products you would like to order and your shipping information so we may provide you with a shipping quote. We presently do not have a method for international customers to check out online but will be pleased to take your order over the phone. As noted above, all prices on our site are listed and collected in USD.

What is Processing Time?

Processing time is currently 1-2 business days for in-stock items and 5-7 business days for out-of-stock items, unless otherwise noted on the product details page. The product details page will note the stock status of a particular item and/or any special information such as the date a back-ordered item is expected to arrive. Please note, we typically ship COMPLETE orders, so if one or more of the items on your order is out of stock, we will hold your order until all items arrive and then ship your order. This means you can expect your entire order to arrive as of the longest date associated with the items in your order. If you would like to request the in stock items shipped ahead of the out of stock items, a partial shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We may, from time to time and at our discretion, elect to send a partial shipment rather than shipping a complete order. Please contact us if you would like only the complete order shipped.

What is Transit Time?

Transit time is based on your location relative to us in McDonough, GA and the shipping method utilized. Free and Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 2-5 business days and is best represented by the UPS Ground map shown below. Transit time for Canada orders is typically 5 business days or more, regardless of province, but may be shorter for the eastern provinces. International shipping times vary from location to location and we will inform you of the estimated shipping time when you place your order. If you need your parts sooner, please contact us for expedited shipping options and we will provide you with quotes and transit times based on your location.

Putting It All Together:

(Example 1) All items are in stock (1-2 business days Processing Time) + Standard or Free U.S. Shipping to IL (2 business days) = Order arrives 3-4 business days after it is placed.
(Example 2) Some parts are out of stock (5-7 business days Processing time) + Standard or Free U.S. Shipping to TX (2-3 business days) = Order arrives 7-10 business days after it is placed.

Need it Sooner?

We also offer RUSH Shipping. RUSH Shipping times include processing time and transit time, meaning you will receive your order 2 or 3 days after you place it, based on your location (if it was placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern).


We will contact you by email, to the email address you provided when you placed your order, with any updates to your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your order. If there is an unexpected delay in shipping your order, for example if an out of stock item takes longer than 7-10 business days to ship, we will contact you with an updated shipping date along with any relevant information we have. We do our best to keep our customers updated with any and all information we have regarding stock status, but for backordered items, please keep in mind we are at the mercy of the information provided to us by our suppliers and it is possible an expected arrival date initially displayed or stated may be pushed back.

If your order does not arrive when it should, please contact us so that we may help to resolve the issue. 

Also, please note we charge for all orders at the time the order is placed, regardless of when the order will be shipped. 

Local Pick Up:

If you live in Georgia or have occasion to pass through the South Metro Atlanta area and would like to pick up your parts in person, we would love to meet you! Our warehouse is located in McDonough, GA, Henry County, just south of Atlanta. Please call us before placing an order and we will walk you through the process of placing the order or take your order over the phone. (This ensures we will have all of your parts ready for pick up when you arrive.) If you live close by and need help picking out the perfect parts for your grill, don't hesitate to come on by and bring your old parts with you. One of our grilling experts will be happy to assist you, however, we may not have the correct parts in stock, so you may have to come back to pick them up after they arrive. When you are here you will enjoy our southern hospitality, have the opportunity to look through our showroom in case you are thinking about upgrading your grill or purchasing a grill as a gift and may tour our facility if time and staff are available. Please note, if you pick up your parts at our location, your order will be subject to 7% sales tax.
