Shipping

Please note that if you place your order after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, it will count for the next business day. If you place your order anytime between Friday afternoon and Sunday night, it will count as a Monday order.

U.S. Shipping:

In order to better align our shipping charges with our actual shipping costs, we no longer offer free shipping. We now provide three choices for domestic shipping. USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground both show a live rate quote based on the weight & dimensions of the product(s) and your destination. If you choose UPS Ground or Priority Mail, we will obviously ship your order with the selected service, regardless of cost. However, if we accidentally send it using another method, please let us know and we will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for shipping. Live rate quotes are estimates, but you will not be charged more than the amount shown, even if our actual cost is higher.* We also offer a more economical "Standard Shipping" which is a weight-based shipping charge. Regardless of where you are in the US, your charge for shipping will be based on the total "shipping weight" of your order. Standard Shipping rates start under $5 and the maximum charge will be under $20, even if it costs us more to ship. Please note that "shipping weight" will be higher than actual product weight for oversized products such as large drip pans. For lighter orders, your cost will actually decrease from our previous $7.97 flat charge. If you choose Standard Shipping, we will ship your order in the most economical way and it may take longer to arrive than if you select one of the other options. For our customers in Alaska and Hawaii, please note that Standard U.S. Shipping DOES INCLUDE shipping to you. While many companies only include the contiguous or continental U.S. in their value shipping offers, we believe you should be included and therefore do NOT charge you any extra, despite the significant extra cost to us to ship to those states. (This policy is subject to change at any time due to increasing rates but is still in effect as of 9/30/2022). If you would like to discuss additional shipping methods, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping to Canada:

We offer International Priority and First Class for shipping to Canada through the US Postal Service. Our website shows a live rate quote based on the weight & dimensions of the product(s) and your destination. Live rate quotes are estimates, if there is a significant difference in our actual cost, we will issue a refund or get your approval for additional charges. Canada shipping rates do not include duties, fees (ie. brokerage) or taxes (ie. GST), though our Canadian customers tell us these extra charges are rarely collected when shipping with USPS. We can also ship to Canada using UPS or GlobalPost. Sometimes the shipping rates for UPS are lower than Priority Mail, but the fees may also be higher. GlobalPost usually offers better prices than UPS and Priority Mail, but we are unable to show these rates live on our site. If you are interested in having your order shipped using UPS or GlobalPost, please give us a call and we will get a quote for you. All duties, fees and taxes will be collected by the shipping company at the time the order is delivered. Please note, all prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), so you will need to calculate the conversion rate to Canadian Dollars (CAD), if applicable.

International Shipping:

What is Processing Time?

Processing time is currently 1-2 business days for in-stock items and 5-7 business days for out-of-stock items, unless otherwise noted on the product details page. The product details page will show the stock status of a particular item and any special information such as the date a back-ordered item is expected to arrive. Please note, we typically ship COMPLETE orders, so if one or more of the items on your order is out of stock, we will hold your order until all items arrive and then ship your order. This means you can expect your entire order to arrive as of the longest date associated with the items in your order. If you would like to request the in-stock items shipped ahead of the out-of-stock items (a partial shipment), please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We may, from time to time and at our discretion, elect to send a partial shipment rather than shipping a complete order. Please contact us if you would like only the complete order shipped.

What is Transit Time?

NOTE: ALL TRANSIT TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND NOT GUARANTEES. WE HAVE SEEN INCREASED INEFFICIENCIES FROM ALL CARRIERS DUE TO INFLATION / SUPPLY CHAIN / "GREAT RESIGNATION." IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE IN A TIMELY FASHION, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL ASSIST TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY!

Transit time is based on your location relative to us in McDonough, GA and the shipping method utilized. For U.S. orders, Priority Mail is 2-3 business days, UPS Ground is 2-5 business days (map below) and Standard Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days and is best represented by the UPS map plus a couple days. For Canada orders, Priority Mail is 5-7 business days and First Class can take up to two weeks or more. UPS and GlobalPost will be similar to the Priority Mail times (please call us for these options). Transit times to other countries vary by location and we will inform you of the estimated time when you place your order. If you need your parts sooner, please contact us for expedited shipping options and we will quote shipping cost and time based on your location.

(Example 1) All items are in stock (1-2 business days Processing Time) + UPS Ground to IL (2 business days Transit Time) = Order arrives 3-4 business days after it is placed.
(Example 2) All items are in stock (1-2 business days Processing time) + Standard U.S. Shipping to TX (4-5 business days Transit Time) = Order arrives 5-7 business days after it is placed.
(Example 3) Some parts are out of stock (5-7 business days Processing time) + Priority Mail to TX (2-3 business days Transit Time) = Order arrives 7-10 business days after it is placed.

Updates:

We will contact you by email, to the email address you provided when you placed your order, with any updates to your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your order. If there is an unexpected delay in shipping your order, for example if an item is out-of-stock and will take longer than 7-10 business days to ship, we will contact you with an updated shipping date along with any relevant information we have. We do our best to keep our customers updated with any and all information we have regarding stock status, but for back-ordered items, please keep in mind we are at the mercy of the information provided to us by our suppliers, and it is possible an expected arrival date initially displayed or stated may be pushed back.

If your order does not arrive when it should, please contact us so that we may help to resolve the issue. 

Also, please note, we charge for all orders at the time the order is placed, regardless of when the order will be shipped. 

Local Pickup:

If you live in Georgia or have occasion to pass through the South Metro Atlanta area and would like to pick up your parts in person, we would love to meet you! Our warehouse is located in McDonough, GA, Henry County, just south of Atlanta. For local pickup, please call so we may take your order over the phone. (This ensures we will have all of your parts ready when you arrive and you are not charged for shipping.) If you visit us (during business hours) make sure to bring your old parts with you if possible and one of our grilling experts will be happy to assist you. If you drop by without calling first and we do not have the parts you need in stock, you will have to come back to pick them up after they arrive (or we can ship them to you). While you are here you will enjoy our southern hospitality, have the opportunity to look through our showroom in case you are thinking about upgrading your grill or purchasing a grill as a gift and may tour our facility if time and staff are available. Local pickup orders will be subject to 8% sales tax.

UPS Ground Transit Times:

*On occasion we may need to charge an additional amount to cover shipping cost, such as gross errors in product weight or excessive oversize charges. Of course we will notify you in the case of these rare situations.
