Warranty

We stand behind all of the parts we carry! Therefore, all of our parts (except perishable goods such as BBQ Sauces, wood chips, etc.) carry a minimum 1 year limited U.S. warranty backed by GrillPartsSearch.com, even if the manufacturers warranty is shorter. (See our quality page for the reasons why we are so confident in the products we carry.) Many of the parts we carry have warranties that extend beyond the minimum 1 year limited U.S. warranty noted above, either backed by the manufacturer or GrillPartsSearch.com, in such a case the warranty period will be specified on the product details page for those products.

Regardless of who is backing the warranty, we take care of our customers and will be the primary point of contact if you feel you have a warranty issue. (Not only does this prevent our customers from having to contact a company they haven't directly dealt with before, but it allows us to keep track of and react to potential quality issues.) Please call us at (678) 272-2451, or email us at [email protected]. to start the warranty process. Please have your order number ready if you call or include it with your email as proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. If you can't find your order number, feel free to contact us anyway and we will do our best to help you locate a proof of purchase, but we can not guarantee we will be able to find it and can not honor warranty claims without proof of purchase.

Once we are aware of a potential warranty issue, we will provide a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) so you may ship the product in question back to us. (Personally examining the product allows us to maintain our high standards for quality.) Once the product arrives we will repair or replace the item at our, or the manufacturers, option. This warranty does not cover defects caused by accidental damage, improper handling, installation, or repairs made by unauthorized persons, and specifically excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damage to property as permitted by law. Further, this warranty only applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser of the product if used for home use within the United States. Service, labor and transportation costs are not covered by this warranty.

As mentioned above, a manufacturer's warranty may apply to products purchased from GrillPartsSearch.com. We always want to be certain our customers have the highest level of satisfaction and so do the manufacturers we deal with. They are just as interested in maintaining superior levels of quality and providing the best products possible. Since we deal with many different manufacturers with multiple warranties and you may not be certain which warranty applies to which products, please contact us. Modern Home Products (MHP) Limited Warranty
Modern Home Products Corp. extends a ONE YEAR warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser of the product if used for home use within the United States. If this product fails to operate because of a manufacturing defect, the defective product will be repaired or replaced at Modern Home Products option, if the defective part along with proof of purchase is returned to the original place of purchase, or returned postage prepaid to Modern Home Products Corp., 150 South Ram Road, Antioch, Illinois 60002. Service, labor and transportation costs are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover defects caused by accidental damage, improper handling, installation, or repairs made by unauthorized persons, and specifically excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damage to property. Some states do not allow the exclusion of consequential damage, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from State to State. © 2006 Modern Home Products Corp.

Onward Manufacturing Company (OMC)
The OMC Warranty is effective from date of purchase and is limited to the repair or replacement of parts at no charge which prove to be defective under normal domestic use. In United States and Canada replacement is FOB Factory. In all other countries replacement is FOB OMC Distributor (Consult your Dealer for name of OMC Distributor). All other costs are the responsibility of the owner. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser as indicated on the warranty registration and applies only to products sold at retail and only when used exclusively by the purchaser in country where purchased. (Different types of gas used in different countries require appropriate valves, orifices and regulators.)

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, vandalism, improper installation or improper maintenance or service, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance, including but not limited to damage caused by insects within the burner tubes, as set out in the owner’s manual. Deterioration or damage due to severe weather conditions such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes or tornadoes, discoloration due to exposure to chemicals either directly or in the atmosphere. Shipping or transportation costs. Removal or re-installation costs. Labor costs for installation and repair. Cost of service calls. Liability for indirect, or consequential damages. Gas grills deemed to be used as a communal amenity or gas grills not directly used and maintained by the purchaser.
