Polar Vortex. As defined by wikipedia: “A polar vortex is a persistent, large-scale cyclone located near one or both of a planet’s geographical poles.”

I also looked it up on Urban Dictionary, but I do not recommend that to my lovely readers. 🙂

Basically it’s cold. It’s cold everywhere, even in our usually tame state of Georgia.

If you live in a state that has closures and general mayhem due to this kind of weather, it’s easy to get cabin fever. During this nasty weather, we’re going to get grilling and want you to do the same!

But always grill using the caution that gas and flames require!
