Rotisseries & Components

If you haven't tried using a Rotisserie with your grill, you should...

Using a rotisserie allows the food to cook evenly on all sides locking in the juices. Rotisseries are great for chicken, ribs, pork or just about anything else you can put on a grill. Some grills will come with rotisseries included, and in other cases you may wish to add a rotisserie to expand the capability of your grill. A rotisserie consists of a few basic parts: the motor, spit rod, meat forks, bushing, brackets and counterweight. All of these parts are relatively simple to put together and maintain. The length of your spit rod should be slightly longer than the length of the inside of your grill.
