This valve is not the correct replacement for any set that has the valve crimped directly onto the regulator hose. Some Charbroil models have a regulator (silver disc) crimped onto the hose that connects it to the grill. Inside the front panel, that hose is crimped directly onto the valve. If that's the setup in your grill, unfortunately, we do not carry that replacement. This SKU 38500 is a VALVE ONLY.

Thanks for your question. Unfortunately I cannot get those specifications on this orifice thread for you. We do not have them in stock at this time. However, they are standard for gas grill valves.
