Jerry, carryover tubes are for lighting the grill. If they have holes or are broken, yes you need new ones. If they are in good shape, you don't!

Since we do not list that model number, please check the measurements in the photo carefully to ensure your current carry over tubes are the same. I can not guarantee you they will fit since we do not list that model number.

The carry over tubes are located in the back of the grill, between the burners. Their purpose to carry gas from one burner to the other when lighting the grill.

Carry over tubes do not come with instructions. They will go on the same way they come out of the grill. You will use the same screw used to hold the burner in place. Check out our online videos, they are quit informational!

The screws in the carry over tube have fused how can I get them off (unscrewed) without breaking something?

Great question! Unfortunately you will not be able to get them out without breaking something. Fortunately, the thing you will probably be breaking is the rusted screws themselves, and then you can replace them with stainless steel bolts and nuts. Try using WD-40 first and if that doesn't work to get the old ones out, break, cut, or drill them out.
