These are rusted and fell out within the first year of ham in them any ideas why it was covered the whole time never in the rain without being under cover

I can not tell you the reason for that. The original carry over tubes may not have been made of stainless steel. If you would like to find the correct replacement parts for your grill, let us know you model number and we will be happy to assist you.

Does it come with part to connect to burner or can I get it? Mine are rusted and threw away.

These carry over tubes do not come with screws. If you are unable to use your original screws, we suggest stainless steel screws from you local hardware store.
