MHP has the best BBQ. The infra-red burners are great. ;I have better control over the cooking temperature to achieve the perfect doneness. I like my steak Pittsburg Rare (Crusty on the outside, cool pink on the inside.

Have a cuisinart CGG 306 dual burner grill that I want to convert one of the standard propane burners to a radiant seariing burner. Cuisinart does not make a searing burner so wonder if this or anotner burner can be used?
