This customer purchased the item at our site.
All is well but I actually had a problem with the burners - The mounting strap on the burners were missaaligned slightly and when I put a screw in one side the other side would not line up with the tapped hole. Being made of stainless steel, it was not an easy task to enlarge the hole to get it to fit and I destroyed two new drill bits before I finally slotted it with a Dremel tool using a diamond wheel. You should check your mounting method as it needs correcting.
