If your grill uses a rotary spark generator, it will work! Just count the wires plugged into the module.

The information I found for the Napoleon 308 suggests you need a battery-operated spark generator like the two linked below. However, if your original part looks like this one, rotary spark generators are fairly universal and this could work in your grill. I believe the electronic ignition modules below are more likely to match your Napoleon than this rotary piezo electric module.
