This valve is made to be used within the post of a grill. That means the grill in question would be mounted on a post (not a cart), and the knob to turn it on would be on that post. The valve sits behind the knob. I do not believe either of those stipulations is true for the grill you mentioned, so it would not be the correct replacement.
