How to adjust air for Charmglow outdoor gas lamp with two inverted burners.

Hi there, on the bottom of the burner, there is a round sleeve looking part that slides up and down over the holes. You can move it up or down to adjust the air flow. If that part is missing, I'm afraid you will need a new burner.
