Do these parts come with directions on how to remove and install"

There will be a cotter pin under the burner towards the back of the grill. Using needle nose pliers, remove that pin, gently lift the rear of the burner and pull backwards to pull it off of the valve in the front of the grill. To put in the new one, reverse the process.
