Can you use this spray on the actual grates of the grill that food goes on? We have only had our grill a year and the grates are rustin spots, I cleaned them with a wire brush but it just keeps coming back.

And remember, never use a stainless steel brush to clean your cooking grids. It is too abrasive. It causes scratches, which become cracks in the porcelain coating and will chip off and rust.
