Any cast iron will rust eventually. We suggest NOT using a stainless steel brush to clean it. Use a brass brush or a nylon scrubby brush. You can even wad up some aluminum foil to rub off cooked on food. When the grill cools, spray the grids with a light coating of cooking oil.
Just remember, no metal exposed to high heat and moisture - which occurs every time you cook - will break down eventually.

This will not work on a 22" grill. It is not large enough. It measures 19.75".

You will need to check with your manufacturer about their warranty. If you to reseason the cast-iron, rub a thin layer of oil onto clean, dry grid and bake at 400-425 degrees until no smoke and almost no smell. Avoid soap and water. Treat it like your grandmother's cast iron skillet.

I am sorry, it do not believe this is made with Porcelain Coating. You will need to wipe it down with cooking oil (like an iron skillet) after each use.

Hi, this product is uncoated cast iron. All cast iron will rust if not care for properly. We highly recommend that you remove food debris from the cooking grid after using each time and use oil to coat the grid while not in use. The moisture and sugars in food are enemies of cast iron long-term!

It looks like this is the correct grid for your Chargriller E56720. But please double check your original grid's dimensions. This is 19-3/4" in diameter.

Not to my knowledge. Kamado style grills do not allow rotisseries.

If you drop cast iron on concrete it will more than likely break.
