I have a Jenair rotisserie will using the universal mounting brackets work for my new Weber Genesis 310 will need both sides motor mount and opposite side will it work ?

As the name infers - this is a universal bracket. There are several holes to make it work on most grills. One customer needed to enlarge one of the holes to make it work for his grill. It fits most grills.

I have two side burners with 2 and 3/8 in from covers to grill. I need brackets that I can mount permanently and I then can just slide the motor bracket on and in use. what is the offset or standoff? Any other ideas?

The top facing side of the picture is mounted to the grill, the motor slides onto the side facing down in the picture.

This is a universal bracket, so it fit many makes and models. IF you need to, you can enlarge an existing cut out to make it work for your grill. But it will already fit most.

Since this is a universal part, we do not have a model number cross reference for it. The way it works is that there are multiple holes drilled into the bracket. It fits most grills but you may need to slightly enlarge the holes on your grill.
