The round section on the end slips over the square spit rod - tighten it down. The weight can then be slid to the position on the "L" rod to balance the load.

The bushing fits up to 5/16" spit rod. It will not fit 1/2"

Do you have a counter balance to fit the 3/8” spit rods that you sell? Bought your rod, difficulty finding this design counter balance to fit, at your prices. See from Walmart’s site that your supplier makes them.

This counterbalance will not fit the SR43 spit rod that is 3/8" square. Our supplier currently does not make one to fit this size.
