We need your model number to guarantee the fit. You should find you model number on a plate or sticker directly on your grill. If you have cabinet doors it should inside there, if not, it should be on the back of the grill.
If your burner measures the same (and this burner is the only size if they look the same) the same 15-3/4" x 4-3/4", yes it will fit your grill.

Should this burner just break in the back all 3 broke in the same place ? It is about 4 years old

It is common for burners to fail first at the back of the grill. It is usually hottest in the back and also the brackets that attach the burner to the grill in the back may be thinner metal than the rest of the burner.
