All I can say is WOW!!! Ordered parts for my Brinkmann 810-6630s. They lady who took my order had a great customer service attitude and professionalism. 5-7 days for shipping. Got an email that they don’t have all the parts at the time of ordering, I got this call late from Andrew and he just was letting me know the parts will be shipped on time, Andrew went above and beyond his part. He shipped my parts priority. My parts arrived which were new burners, heat deflectors, bypass tubes, and sear tube. I spent a weekend cleaning up my grill to be ready for new parts. Installed new parts and Wow!!!! My Barbicue is like Brand new!, Thank you Andrew and GRILLPARTS SEARCH.COM. You saved me $800.00 from having to buy a new grill.
