This customer purchased the item at our site.
Replacement part arrived quickly and was a perfect fit. However in taking the part out of the mailer, one of the rods of the grill broke from the frame. I am guessing it was due to defective welding.
I called customer care and they promptly responded by sending out a replacement.
This is excellent service and duly noted for future business with Grill Parts Search Service. Thank you,
