I called your customer service because the button would not go in the hole for it. I was treated excellent and bought the entire assembly. Turns out that it was my error as part of the old broken button was still in place keeping the new button out. It now works excellent!

This was hard to find. Grill parts search had to order it in and I received it way sooner than expected.

Seems like a good company to me. They had the basic part I needed without having to buy a larger assembly. The price was realistically priced and inexpensive. Shipping was reasonable too. I can only speak for my order but, they obviously weren't trying to gouge me at all. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
