This customer purchased the item at our site.
I originally ordered the 24 inch regulator/hose in Dec 2020. I received it and it worked fine until mid May 2022. The regulator was leaking gas at that time. So I ordered another of the same size, which I received, thankfully, right before Memorial Day. The only issue is that the hose on this one is considerably shorter than the 24 inch one I received before. Rather than trying to deal with returning the new one, and not having a grill for Memorial Day, I’m just happy to keep this one. I just had to move the propane tank a bit. Thank you.

This customer purchased the item at our site.
Hose and regulator work OK.Tank coupling is plastic and just hand tightens. Leaked with 1st tank I tried, but sealed on 2nd. We'll see what happens on next one.Flow rate is not very impressive, but gets gas to burners.
