my current venturis are 3" apart and 1 1/2 " in the center.. Will this Fit ?

Since these venturi are flexible and adjustable, you can bend them to fit your needs. The venturi holes are 1 3/8" from center to center.

For yellow flame, try adjusting the air shutter at the front of the venturi tube. If you're still having trouble, please give us a call for more specific troubleshooting help. 678-272-2451

Is this burner stainless steel on top and bottom?
Is the burner 300 series or 400 series stainless steel?

This burners is stainless steel in all parts. Modern Home Products uses 400 series stainless steel in their burners and heat plates. After testing, the 400 performed the same as 300 in high heat scenarios. So, they use the money savings of 400 series to makes the steel thicker.
