Had shipping damage and after a couple pictures sent replacement was sent, no hassle. Fast shipping and fast customer service response,
I got this rack to replace the top rack in my Weber Smokefire EX4, which is 10 x 24, this rack fit perfectly. It does sag a little with 10 to 20 #'s of meat but is not designed for what I am using it for. Its only supported on the ends. The extra 4"s makes a difference in cooking surface.
A magnet does not stick to rack at all so it is good quality stainless.
