Thank you for having a part that 'could' work. I ended up having to cut about 3 inches off the straight pipe because with the flex it was putting it too close to the connection. Hack saw worked perfectly and I'm am grillin' away. Thank you again.

2) Will the 10-15 inch adjustable flex Venturi tubes fit Great Outdoors model No. 4100? 3) If not what part(s) do you recommend?

Our gaskets come with the purchase of a burner. There are no gaskets included with the venturis. If you need separate gaskets, try SKU SHK4

As far as the venturis for your model, these should be long enough, but the way they bend may be problematic. The interior tube is rigid and the exterior tube is bendable. The venturis on your Great Outdoors bend in multiple directions. You might have to shorten the interior rigid tube. Unfortunately, we don't have an exact fit any longer for your grill.
