This customer purchased the item at our site.
All the parts that I ordered arrived promptly and in great condition. My Charmglow HEJ is back together and working well.
The only problem was that the food grates were just a little too long to fit flat down on their supports because of the rounded corners of the grill interior. 30 or 40 minutes with a hacksaw trimming 3/16" to 1/4" off of each horizontal rod fixed the problem. They fit perfectly now.
I would not hesitate to order again from Grill Parts search.com
