Hi, this piece is referred to as a "set" because it has a top (grid) and bottom (tray). This is one of the Charbroil grills that has a grid in a tray. If you add one to your cart, you will receive ONE grid in tray that measures at total of 18-3/8" x 8-11/16" Charbroil gas grills use 2, 3, or 4 of these parts. If you have three pieces in your grill, you will need to order a quantity of 3.
