In a Hurry to Get Back to Grillin'? We now offer RUSH Shipping for in-stock orders placed by 3:00 p.m. EDT. If you select RUSH Shipping as your shipping option during checkout and all items for your order are in-stock, we will ship your order out the same day using a carrier (UPS or USPS) and method (ie. Priority, etc.) which allows your order to be delivered in two or three business days, depending on your location. (The checkout page will show either 2 or 3 days based on the shipping address. You will see this information before you place the order.) If you place your order after 3:00 p.m. EDT, over the weekend or on a holiday, we will ship your order on the next business day using a carrier (UPS or USPS) and method (ie. Priority, etc.) which allows your order to be delivered in two or three business days, depending on your location.
If you place an order for items which are not in stock or if there is otherwise a problem with RUSH Shipping your order; we will refund the full RUSH Shipping fee if your order qualified for Free U.S. Shipping (over $75.00) or, if your order qualified for Standard U.S. Shipping (under $75.00) we will refund the RUSH Shipping fee less the Standard U.S. Shipping fee of $7.97. We will also contact you by email or by phone to let you know the details of the issue or when we expect to receive the out of stock items.
Presently, we only offer RUSH Shipping to the "lower 48" states. (Sorry AK and HI, we have your back on Free Shipping but the high cost for expedited shipping means we will have to provide you a quote over the phone or by email for RUSH Shipping.) If you are outside of the U.S.A. and would like expedited shipping, please contact us and we will be happy to give you a breakdown of the costs and time-frames available for your area. Please note, international shipping generally means packages must clear customs and that means shipping times are usually greater than two days, even for expedited shipping methods.
Two to Three Days Not Fast Enough? If you waited just a little too long to check out your grill and your big event is only a day away, need your parts delivered on a Saturday or any other special expedited shipping circumstances, we may be able to help you. Please contact us by phone or email with the parts you would like to order (so we may physically verify they are in stock), your address and your deadline. Then, if we are able to accommodate your situation, we will provide you with a quote and assist you with placing an order. Please keep in mind our hands are tied by our carriers in some instances and we may not be able to accommodate every special shipping situation.
