This valve is listed to fit the American Outdoor Grill Model 24PC. We aren't certain it will fit your 24PC-OOSP, but typically the digits after the model/series denote differences other than the essential cooking components such as cosmetic changes. Please let us know if you decide to try it.

There are threads where it screws into your manifold and where the orifice screws onto the end that goes in the burner.
