The burner will burn LP or natural gas. It is your valves that determine which gas is used.

No, there is not suppose to be a hole in the back end of the burner. If you have a rust hole, you need new burners. When you light your grill, you should have a nice even blue flame up both sides. If you see large wavy yellow flames, you probably need new burners.

I am sorry, since we do not sell that electrode, I do not know what size screw it uses.

At this time, there is not any other material version of these burners. We can look into sourcing them in Cast Stainless, but this summer (2019) we only have the cast iron. You can try 'sealing' your burners in interims where you're not cooking often: brush them off with a stainless steel bristled brush and then rub some oil into the surface of the burners. This is a similar process you would use for a cast iron pan. It won't protect them forever in high humidity, but it should help some.

There is a peg with a hole in it that sits in the back of the grill. There is a cotter pin that goes through that hole.

After removing the pin, lift the back end of the burner up about an inch, then pull the burner towards the back of the grill to remove it. It does rest over the valve on the front of the grill, so you need to pull it off that to remove it from the grill. If you can't lift it off the bracket at all, it may be rusted to the bracket itself. Try soaking it in some WD40.
