No, this is a One-Piece Replacement for your original drip pan and grease cup. It will last longer than your original drip pan. It will need to be cleaned out more often - every other time you use it.

You would take it out and clean it from time to time using a hard spatula and wipe it out. Do not use soap and water to clean it out. You can also line it with some heavy-duty foil and change it out after every use or two for easy clean up. It will remove the oil that will help prevent it from rusting.
