No, this electrode doesn't come with a wire. You will need to check to see if your ignitor unit needs a Flat or Round female end. flat to flat - https://grillpartssearch.com/product/IG18.html

How is this piece held in place on the bbq? Does this come with a mounting bracket? I have the Charmglow 810-6805-1 and the collector box and electrode that I have has an extra mounting piece that allows it to be screwed to the bbq.

This electrode is mounted through the hole in the body of your grill.
