If your motor accepts 5/16" square rod (industry standard) yes it will work.

Yes, one is tapered to fit into the motor and the other end is threaded for the handle to screw on to it.

This is a 5/16" diameter spit rod and is the industry standard for spit rods. Please check the measurements of your grill or the original spit rod you are replacing.
