The Broilmaster Cooking Grid Set shows that it is porcelain-coated cast iron. Is porcelain-coated cast iron better than non-porcelain coated? Why?

If cast iron is raw, it rust very quickly. The coated cast iron will last longer. Just remember to use a brass bristle brush to clean it, or you can use a hard nylon scrubber on a cold grid. Never us stainless steel brushes on your cooking grids.
