Great replacement part!

Replacing the burner was needed.
When I commented by phone that the left side of grill had reduced flame, I was advised to locate any possible orifice blockage. This I found with a bit of mechanical procedure. Their web and additional phone service service was timely and helpful.

Part was exactly as described. Socket size for removing/installing orifice is 1/2" as an extra check to be sure you are ordering the correct part. Grillpartssearch.com exceeded expectations on shipping, I received it more quickly than promised or expected!

This was perfect! I was looking all over, but this was the only place that had exactly what was needed!

The tray has just enough wiggle room that it falls when you move the grill at all dumping all of the ash onto the propane tank. I wouldn’t recommend this as a good alternative.

This burner has transformed my Broilmaster into the grill I always expected. I ran across these grills s few years ago and restored one using the official Broilmaster burner. It worked ok but the cooking surface was very unevenly heated espexially at the edges despite Broilmasters claim that came on a piece of paper in the box. After 5 years that one burned out so I discovered aftermarket companies made larger burners. The difference is remarkable and has greatly improved my cooking experience. Hopefully this burner lasts. It took a little fussing to get it installed as the igniter had to be modified and I needed new tubes, and then the nozzles had to be adjusted. Hopefully the tubes last, they're probably my biggest concern as they are just plain steel.
