I was surprised to find a burner for such an old grill . The burner fit perfectly with no problems and the grill gets much hotter than it has in years. I now have to reset my cook times

This stainless steel grid seems well made and cleans up nicely. Good service from these folks.

lava rocks would fall through my grate, but this product rests on it just fine...easy to arrange with no big/little gaps

Great fast delivering but the burners only lasted about two years last time I ordered them really wish they made them in stainless or some other material

The pan was a little too small So I had to make shift to keep in there

Changed over from a cast iron to stainless steel grill. Stainless steel is far superior, much easier to keep clean

if it lasts more than 4 years because my last one lasted 2 years.i only paid half of what i paid for the new one.after 4 years i begin to gain ground....Ed

I will not be a return customer. The part ordered did not readily slide in place as my original did. I appreciate the effort using more durable metal but the design is flawed. When I called, customer service said some models need to bend down stop tabs to make this part slide in easily and putting foil in the pan would make it last longer. Sounds like a big hassle to me and not worth it.

I called customer service and spoke to Kimberly. She told me the hose I was looking at wouldn't work for me, and the needed one wasn't available. She then gave me an 800 number to a division of Lowe's where the part was available. Wonderful assistance, and I will return to her with any future needs. God Bless Kimberly !!

Great replacement part. My search for this item after I got a quote to "clean" my old one for $140. Very affordable and is exactly the same as OEM best I can tell.

Direct replacement. Much more affordable than OEM. Didnt havde any fit issues like some comment on other less expensive parts.

These are a great replacement. A few things to know. If you use the adapter wire, you should put some electric tape around the connection as the spark can bleed there. Also, be sure to bend up the piece in the spark box so that it is close to the electrode, or else the spark wont work. Refer to your old one to see how it should be setup.
