Purchased to replaced damaged side burner regulator on Charbroil Commercial Series gas grill and to support the install of a rear infrared burner for rotisserie. Modifications were significant to install with 1/4-20 female thread in 3/8 male flare fitting flush to side burner front cover - lots of grinding on cover to fit regulators and added universal nob and modified existing side burner nob. Not a project for the novice but it served to add function to a 15 year old grill that would have cost over $500 to replace with comparable features.

Although the cover fits fine, it is MUCH thinner than the old MHP deluxe grill cover. Wondering how this cover is supposed to withstand New Jersey weather when the last one didnt.

The trays fit fine but it is difficult to see the flame to determine if everything is lit. Also, the metal is thin and hope they wont fall apart long before the ceramic does

These burners are an upgrade for a SS grill. The ones that came with it rust out every year and so do the replacements. They fit in perfectly and I did not have to do any adjustment. I am hoping to get a regulator that will up the BTU output a bit. The original regulator is a bit wimpy.

This was a great replacement for my smaller rusted out burner. Things cook quicker and more evenly. I had to make some modifications to get the venturis to fit through the bottom of the grill so it was not a perfect fit. Required cutting out about a 1/4 inch on each side of the opening in the bottom of the grill.
