Nice material. The cover could be a little deeper to better cover the bottom of the grill better when the velcro straps are connected. (I have a Charmglow HEJ-1)

This is a great burner; just what I needed; right fit; great weight; easy to install; works like a champ! Very pleased. Also extremely happy with the customer service as ordered the wrong burner first time and they patiently and courteously worked with me to get what I wanted. Great team!

I called your customer service because the button would not go in the hole for it. I was treated excellent and bought the entire assembly. Turns out that it was my error as part of the old broken button was still in place keeping the new button out. It now works excellent!
